We fund the trust your attorney created.
Your attorney drafts the plan. We do the follow-through: retitling assets, updating beneficiary designations, and chasing every institution until your trust actually holds what it's supposed to.
Everything it takes to fund a trust properly.
“Funding" a trust means moving your assets into it, institution by institution. Each one has its own forms, rules, and follow-up.
We handle all of it:
Real estate: new deeds prepared and recorded with the county, for your home and other properties
Bank accounts: checking, savings, and CDs retitled into the trust
Investment accounts: brokerage accounts retitled and transfer paperwork completed
Retirement accounts and life insurance: beneficiary designations reviewed and aligned with your plan
Business interests: membership and partnership interests assigned to the trust
The follow-through: confirmations collected from every institution, so nothing quietly falls through the cracks
